I am guided by a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be alive and how we might live in ways that feel honest, meaningful, and connected.

From an early questioning of life itself as a child, through years in the corporate world as a banker, to more than a decade as Guiding Teacher at a meditation venue in London — working with people from many different backgrounds — my path has been shaped by a deep commitment to understanding the human experience from the inside out.

As a clinical and occupational psychologist, my work is rooted in rigorous professional training and lived practice, and informed by secular mindfulness and the Zen tradition.

Over the years I have found that combining psychological insight with contemplative practice creates a realistic and supportive way of meeting life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and compassion.

These perspectives are not presented as belief systems. Instead, they offer practical ways of understanding how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the situations we encounter in everyday life.

What matters most to me is creating spaces where people can meet themselves and their lives more directly — beyond habit, pressure, or self-judgment — and discover greater steadiness, clarity, and a fuller participation in life as it is.

Sharing this work is not only my profession but an ongoing practice. I offer it with care, humility, and a deep trust in our shared humanity.

If this approach speaks to you, a first conversation can be a simple place to begin.

With appreciation,
