An ongoing space for practice and reflection

For many people, it is helpful to have a steady place to return to — somewhere that supports regular reflection and practice alongside everyday life.

Membership offers this kind of space.

It brings together shared practice in a simple and grounded way, an evolving collection of practice resources, and optional individual support.

The intention is not to offer more information or self-improvement strategies, but to support a deeper and more consistent way of meeting life.

Why ongoing practice matters

Understanding something intellectually rarely changes how we actually live.

What makes a difference is practice — small, consistent moments of attention. Noticing how we think, how we react, and how we meet the situations of everyday life.

Membership provides a simple structure that supports this.

Over time, this can lead to a greater sense of steadiness, clarity, and connection with what truly matters.

A flexible approach

There is no fixed starting point, and no expectation to attend in a particular way.

You are free to join the sessions that support you, to find your own rhythm, and to let the practice unfold over time. Some people come regularly each week. Others join when they can.

What matters is the ongoing relationship with practice — returning when you are able and beginning again.

A simple invitation

If this way of practicing resonates with you, you are welcome to explore membership and see whether it supports your life at this time.

Membership is offered in a small number of options, depending on how you would like to engage.

Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for many years, you are very welcome.

Practice is not only something we do individually

— it is something we participate in together.

Choosing the right membership

There are a few simple ways to join, depending on the level of support and continuity you are looking for.

The Core Monthly membership offers a steady and flexible rhythm of practice, with regular sessions and shared resources to support you week by week.

The Core Annual membership supports a deeper sense of continuity through a longer-term commitment, with space for ongoing exploration and personal reflection, and a reduced overall cost.

The All Access option provides a more integrated level of support, combining regular group practice with a growing library of resources and ongoing guidance to support both practice and daily life. It is offered as an Annual membership, with the choice of paying monthly or upfront.

If you would prefer to begin more lightly, you can also join a Single session, offering a simple way to experience the group before joining more often.

If you are unsure, you are very welcome to get in touch — we can explore what might suit you best.

A few common questions

A stylized wave design with four smooth, curving lines in shades of gray and blue.
    • I'm new to meditation - is this suitable for me?

Yes. No prior experience is needed. You are welcome to begin exactly as you are.

    • I've been practicing for years. Will I still find this useful?

Yes. The sessions offer an ongoing space for practice and reflection that many experienced practitioners find deeply supportive.

    • How often are sessions held, and how long do they run?

Sessions run throughout the week | UK times

Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 7.00 - 7.30 | Silent Sit

      Wed: 19.00 - 20.00 | Guided Practice

      Sun: 9.30 - 10.30 | Guided Practice or a Talk

You are welcome to attend as often or as little as feels right for you.

    • Do I need to attend live, or can I practice in my own time?

Both are possible. Practicing live offers the support of sitting with others, while recordings of guided practices and talks allow you to engage in your own time, and are available for 7 days after each session.

The practice library offers additional resources, depending on your membership.

    • How do I join a session?

Once you are a member, you will receive access to the session links via email and it will be available in your member area as well. You can attend whichever sessions you choose.

    • Are sessions recorded, and if so, how long are they available?

Guided practices and talks are recorded and available for 7 days after each session, so you can revisit them or practice at a time that suits you.

    • What is the practice booklet?

The downloadable practice booklet is an evolving collection of chants, reflections, and readings used in our sessions. Some are drawn from long-standing traditions, while others come from contemporary voices.

    • What’s in the practice library?

The library is a growing collection of guided meditations, contemplations, and recorded talks. It’s designed to support your practice in your own time and is available with the All Access membership.

    • What does an optional individual check-in involve?

These are short one-to-one meetings offering a more personal space to reflect on your practice. They are 15 minutes long, and available on a first-come, first-served basis via an online calendar through the member portal.

    • Do any memberships include individual sessions?

The All Access membership option includes a monthly 30-minute one-to-one session, offering more personalised guidance and support in meeting life with clarity and care.

    • Can I change my membership later?
Yes. You can upgrade your membership at any time — just get in touch and we can arrange it for you. If you are on an annual plan, upgrades can be made during your current subscription term. Downgrades are only possible at the end of your current subscription term.

    • What is the renewal policy?
Your membership renews automatically at the end of your current subscription term, either monthly or annually depending on your plan, so your access continues without interruption.

All-Access annual memberships paid monthly do not renew automatically. We will contact you approximately 30 days before your end date to discuss your renewal options.

    • What is the cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least one day before your current subscription term ends. Otherwise, your subscription will renew automatically on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.

    • What happens if I cancel part way through the subscription term?
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current subscription term. For annual plans paid monthly, this means the full 12-month period. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not end your access early or reduce the remaining monthly payments due. Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.
