An ongoing space for practice and reflection
For many people, it is helpful to have a steady place to return to — somewhere that supports regular reflection and practice alongside everyday life.
Membership offers this kind of space.
It brings together shared practice in a simple and grounded way, an evolving collection of practice resources, and optional individual support.
The intention is not to offer more information or self-improvement strategies, but to support a deeper and more consistent way of meeting life.
Why ongoing practice matters
Understanding something intellectually rarely changes how we actually live.
What makes a difference is practice — small, consistent moments of attention. Noticing how we think, how we react, and how we meet the situations of everyday life.
Membership provides a simple structure that supports this.
Over time, this can lead to a greater sense of steadiness, clarity, and connection with what truly matters.
A flexible approach
There is no fixed starting point, and no expectation to attend in a particular way.
You are free to join the sessions that support you, to find your own rhythm, and to let the practice unfold over time. Some people come regularly each week. Others join when they can.
What matters is the ongoing relationship with practice — returning when you are able and beginning again.
A simple invitation
If this way of practicing resonates with you, you are welcome to explore membership and see whether it supports your life at this time.
Membership is offered in a small number of options, depending on how you would like to engage.
Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for many years, you are very welcome.
Practice is not only something we do individually
— it is something we participate in together.
Choosing the right membership
There are a few simple ways to join, depending on the level of support and continuity you are looking for.
The Core Monthly membership offers a steady and flexible rhythm of practice, with regular sessions and shared resources to support you week by week.
The Core Annual membership supports a deeper sense of continuity through a longer-term commitment, with space for ongoing exploration and personal reflection, and a reduced overall cost.
The All Access option provides a more integrated level of support, combining regular group practice with a growing library of resources and ongoing guidance to support both practice and daily life. It is offered as an Annual membership, with the choice of paying monthly or upfront.
If you would prefer to begin more lightly, you can also join a Single session, offering a simple way to experience the group before joining more often.
If you are unsure, you are very welcome to get in touch — we can explore what might suit you best.
