A place to return, practice, and reconnect with what matters

A simple rhythm of practice

We meet up to six times a week in a simple, steady rhythm of shared practice, at the following UK times:

  • Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 7.00 - 7.30

  • Wed: 19.00 - 20.00

  • Sun: 9.30 - 10.30

You are welcome to come as often or as little as you like.
There is no real beginning or ending — just an ongoing journey of practice together.

In this group you will find

  • a quiet and safe space for practice

  • gentle guidance rooted in mindfulness and the Zen tradition

  • the support of practicing as part of a regular group

  • space for reflection and shared exploration

  • a practice we hold and care for together, with the support of senior students

Who this group is for

This group is open to both new and experienced practitioners.

Some people are just beginning and would like to establish a regular meditation practice, appreciating the support of practicing together.

Others have been practicing for many years and value the sense of community and shared exploration.

Many are simply looking for a steady place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters in the midst of a busy life.

What matters most is a willingness to show up — to notice, and to meet your experience with honesty and care.

The Heart of our Practice

Three guiding themes within our meetings

Practice is simply returning, again and again, to what is here.

  • Belonging & Purpose…

“The sitting group offers me a space to return to stillness, belonging and purpose.

Listening to Susann’s talks is illuminating, and practicing together – even in silence – is deeply nourishing. The sense of community supports me in ways that go far beyond words.”

  • A Game-Changer

“After trying many different approaches to mindfulness, joining this group has been a real game-changer for my practice and beyond.

It is a welcoming and safe space to practice, with insightful guidance and the steady support of the group. I believe this is one of the best ways to establish a regular practice.“

  • A Safe Harbour

“I love meeting with the group. It feels like a safe harbour and offers moments to recharge.

It is time for myself, but also time shared with others. I feel grounded and inspired after our meetings. It has become a wonderful routine.”

  • Consistency at Last

“I tried for years to meditate alone but never managed to stay consistent.

Since joining the group I have experienced a real deepening of my practice and a better understanding of how my mind works.”

  • A Sense of Coming Home

“I joined with some trepidation as the idea of online meditation felt strange at first.

But when I log in and see familiar faces, I get a real sense of coming home. The group has become an integral part of my practice.”

A space to look more closely

Alongside the shared rhythm of the group, some people find it helpful to have a more personal space to pause and reflect on what is unfolding in their life — and how they are meeting it.

While the group provides a shared rhythm of practice and support, individual sessions allow for a more personal exploration of questions, challenges, or patterns that may be emerging in your everyday life.

In this way, the two can work together:
the group supporting steadiness and continuity in practice, and individual conversations opening space for deeper reflection and clarity.

Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for many years, you are very welcome.

What matters most is the simple willingness to pause, sit down, and begin again — just as you are.

Practice is simply returning, again and again, to what is here.
